O/H enjoyed her night out, it was only like a Sunday lunch, a Carvery, but you need to go early to one of them really.
It was OK, she was home by 10pm, she doesn't drink and she was acting as a taxi and taking a few people with her.

Have been printing out some info on installing the decking when it isn't going on an already fixed Patio.

It looks like a lot of work as the Joists are only small 90 x 40 x 4800 so they need a lot of support, at least 4 and there's about 9 Joists to support.
I can either use bricks/flags as a base with Flashing on top or dig holes and make concrete slabs.

Been watching Nikki trying to identify 3 females by touch alone for the shopping task, she got 3 anyway.

Boss wants me to work Friday, he has a load of Pictures etc of part of aan overhead trolley system he's going to take that have to be sent to Italy.

Seemingly it would have been C&P's anniversary today, so she's been a bit tearful.
Also she's getting a lot of close attention from Coolio. Don't think it's very welcome, although she hasn't said anything yet.

I think the producers are definitely hoping for a C&P reunion.

Aaaawww I saw poor Chantelle crying on livefeed, and in the dr on BBLB. Poor thing, still in love with Preston, but she said he has "moved on". It is so cruel to her, sending him in, and him saying he has a gf, so it looks bad on her if she tries to get back with him.. And he  must be mad, how can he not be in love with a girl who is just so beautiful on the outside, as she is on the inside? She is still my fave HM, and Brian BB2 still my fave male HM. Brian is so quick witted and funny.

I am so pleased to see Nikki again.   I think she is such a character.
Even Nadia is amusing me at the moment with that cackle. But I bet it wont be long till she drives me mad. Also I was in Oz so never saw BB1, but i really cant see what is so nasty about Nick, I think he is dead nice.
I wonder if it is true that Victor is going in? Hope so, I thought he was great, so funny. And if it is Michelle going in too, I bet you both will be dead chuffed. I wasnt keen on her and her stalking of chicken Stu, but I reckon she will be a real interesting HM.

I am a bit concerned that I am so getting into this BB, and enjoying seeing all those old HM's so much, that I will be getting bad withdrawal when it is all over.

Been busy today, such a lot to do on the decking.
Getting on with it though.
Bought some more bits from B&Q, an Electric Mitre Chop Saw, a Work Table, some Flashing to keep the wood from touching and packing.
Will take a picture the weekend, my Lad in Oz wants to see what I'm doing, will put it on facebook, I'l show you when its up.

I see Josie left the house, I think after those people saying awful things about John-James she couldn't take any more, she would have won as well, but she didn't want to be with out J-J for another few weeks.

So sad about Chantelle, she still loves Preston even after 3 years of divorce, but he doesn't love her thats the problem, and she's such a lovely girl.

Michelle and Victor are doing great so far.
I love the fact that all the ex-HMs seem to have grown up and are having adult conversations, rather than just trying to recreate their former selves.

I have an awful lot of the decking done, the joists anyway, it needs 45 places of support because the joists are only 90 x 40 x 4800, to get the right height for each different support I needed a lot of differing thickness's of material, I do have bricks and flag pieces, got some plastic sheet of varying thickness's, had to buy a big Electric Mitre chop saw with a 220 blade with a 50mm cut, I also bought a work bench as I'd thrown my last one away as it was broken, didn't think I'd need another.

I'll take a picture tomorrow of where I am up to, have 4 posts to fit to stop the decking moving anywhere, will get the hammer in 90 or 75 mm ones like what I used to install the Pagola, they are brill.

I had my Lad helping me after I had a little accident with the Chop Saw, was cutting 5mm plastic into pieces and the plastic slid along faster than expected and my hand hit the saw blade, that delayed me for an hour while my O/H rendered first aid, only my index finger hit the blade, side on, will change the dressing later.
Didn't want to go to  A&E as they couldn't stitch it.

Well done on getting so much of that decking done, but you poor thing....that cut sounds nasty.  Shows how you cant be too carefull doing a job as big as you are doing right now. I hope it doesnt bother you too much, and that it heals quickly. I recommend those silver plasters, the silver in them does seem to really hasten the healing process.

Hi Mollie I see you found me on Twitter, and also Mrs G.
If you want to communicate with someone specific you just put their @username in your post, and it will appear on their homepage. They don't have to be following you.
Also if you click 'reply' or 'mention' to someones tweet, then their @username appears in your tweet. Just remember though that all of your followers will see all of your tweets, so it's not private as such.
You can send private messages, but only if you are following them, and they are following you.

The Tweetdeck that Hicky mentions is useful, but not essential. You can basically do everything from the ordinary Twitter page, but Tweetdeck organizes things better.
It also allows you to retweet someones post (quote in other words), and add your own words to it. The ordinary Twitter page only allows you to retweet without adding anything.
Personally I used to use Tweetdeck when I was running 2 twitters (my own and an 'AshForAllStars' one), but i hardly ever use it now. But give it a go anyway.

I'm really enjoying UBB so far, but they could do with giving them more tasks.
Wonder if they'll send in a replacement for Coolio (or Josie)?

Got a lot done today with my lad, all 54 supports complete, 4 main supports fitted, they are the 75x75 metal hammer in stakes with treated timber and bolted to the main frame with M10x150 Zinc plated coach bolts.
Also drilled the Newal post for the Bolts, have fitted 3 all ready.

Took some pictures, will put them on Facebook as soon as possible.
Will try and post them tonight.

It was quite a nice day really here.
A bit windy, went to B&Q to get the stakes for the supports I wanted and they said it was too windy to go out into the rear because of stuff being blown round.
Went with the gang to another place to pass time.
Went back to B&Q and got the stuff I needed.

Done quite a bit more on the decking, fitted 2 sections of the Hand Rail with the spindles, 100mm gaps, plenty to do yet though.
Need to get a bulk bag of blue slate, or plum if thats all they have as I need to put stone down under the decking on top of the weed control matting.
Need more weed control matting to do other areas that I will put stone on.
Changed the dressing before, what a mess, I must have hit the teeth on the blade.

Finger is a mess, got the dressing off yesterday night, slowly, just raw flesh, not sure if skin can grow on top of nothing, injury about 1cm x 2cm, just open wound, will have to see how it goes.

I see they are being Majorettes, very nice too.

Chantelle makes a lovely one.

Rang the feller this morning about the stone, the Moonstone, I can have it when I want, I asked him about a big bag of blue slate 40mm, he said he will try and get hold of one, the one he has is the plum slate, it's similar but not the same, it's darker.

Had a busy day, done a lot of work though, at home today, working tomorrow, the Bank Hol throws me out.

Been a beautiful day here, Finger not bleeding, I have bought the best dressings money can buy as discussed with Pharmacy, O/H sorted them.
Haven't been to doc, O/H is pretty good anyway.
Don't want anyone playing around with it, such a wimp.
It's not as if it was just a cut, it isn't, it's like a war wound only smaller, just hope skin can grow over nothing but flesh.

Have ordered more Blue 40mm slate, another 25 small bags, thats 55, feller say they come with 56 on a pallet so I'll get a free one.
Also getting the Bulk bag of Moonstone flint on Saturday.

Like you, don't care who goes as long as it isn't Chantelle.

I think Nadia is trying to get her out, she knows that she is a favourite probably, that's why she nominated her.

The majorette task was good. Chantelle was a majorette when she was a little girl, so she was the only one who could twirl the baton properly.

I'm not really disliking anybody strongly. Not especially keen on nadia, Nick or Makosi though, and Nikki annoyed me on the majorettes task by sulking about not being chosen asTroop Leader.

I think unfortunately that my cat is coming to the end of the road.
I really can't get her to eat anything. She just picks at whatever I give her, and is getting very thin and weak. She's still drinking water, and isn't in any distress as yet, but it can't go on.
I used to give her a vitamin tablet, crushed up in some milk, every morning, but she even refuses that now.
She's 15, and I think a visit to the vet isn't far off.

Aaawww what a shame about your cat.   I feel for you, because now I have pets I understand how fond of them you become when they live with you, and how upsetting it must be for you now she is like this.

Looks like it is only me round here who still likes Nikki then. I do feel she tries to control her tantrums now, but finds it difficult. But she is much better tantrum wise than she was last time we saw her. Today,  I saw her talking to Ulrika, saying she knew her tantrums were wrong, and she would prefer people to tell her off afterwards, so she is still trying to improve it. .  The poor girl has so many problems with this eating disorder too.
There is no-one who I dislike in there really, at the moment anyway.
I find Victor and Nick funny together.

Yes the majorette task was really good, Chantelle did very well, She was so good with that baton. 

We are going to try and sort out another weekend away before the dark nights come. So I will take a look at laterooms and tripadvisor. We have found trip advisor very good for finding good places to stay.

Have finished the Rails on the decking, can sand them down a bit now, need to sort out the matting under the decking, will pin the seams down ready for the slate.

Another lovely day here, but it's getting dark much quicker now, and a bit cool in the evenings.

Nikki is quieter this time around it's true, but she's still very difficult for them to deal with.
And although she is being nice to Chantelle to her face, I think she is still harboring a grudge against her.
She does say some funny things though. When Chantelle was saying she had gone out with Dane Bowers, Nikki said "my ex-boyfriend lives in a van, with a sheet covering the window". "that's the sort of people I've been having to deal with"

Quite chilly after dark as well, it's these clear sky's that is doing it.
Finished the handrails now, just need some more slate down on the matting before I fasten the decking boards.
Slate etc should come tomorrow.
Can't see Kandyfloss being any better this time round, saw some last night.
Nikki is more controlled this time, she's making an effort, like a 8yr old.

Changed the dressing on my finger again, wound didn't stick anyway, must be these expensive dressings.
It isn't red, it isn't hot, it doesn't look infected, O/H says it looks ok anyway.
Don't know if it's healing or not, can only hope that skin can eventually grow onto the mess.

Been using the saw again, just being a bit more careful and not rushing it.

Well tonight was our last Friday eviction, and I thought it made very uncomfortable viewing, especially seeing Nadia being so upset. I think , even though the crowd didnt like what she said, that she was right about Josie and John James. I too did not think he ever fancied Josie.   
I never saw Vanessa in CBB, wonder if she will be an interesting HM, now we have lost 2 big characters.

Nikki does often make me laugh, but Ulrika is now starting to irritate me with her condsescending manner, bossines and constant moaning.

I am glad to hear Chantelle got cheered.  She is such a good natured and enthusiastic girl, she deserves to get cheered.

Good Evening Emptybox & Mollie.

Another reasonable day, got a lot more work done, Moonstone (1 tonne)came at 9.45am with my Blue Slate 40mm.
Had to unload a few bags (16)of slate before the on-board crane could lift the pallet.
The pallet had 56 bags on, which is a full pallet, but weighed in at 2,800Lbs or 1,272kg.

Ready to put decking boards down & screw them.

Changed the dressing again, it's not sticking anyway. and these expensive dressings are darn good.

Michelle did well last night, she is a good singer.
Was glad Makosi & Nadia went, had enough of them.

Nikki is like a little 8 yr old, funny girl, funny faces, but crazy.

Am taking precautions with the Saw, letting blade rise which puts the safety guard on, and let the saw stop turning.

Haven't seen BB today, just catching up now.

that is some weight in slate. Be carefull of your back if you are shifting it. Glad that the dressing seems to be doing its job in healing your poor hand, Keep up with those extra safety measures. How have you got on putting those decking boards?

I have been busy shopping the last 2 days. Had to replace lads socks/undies, and bought daughter and myself some clothes.Realy good reductions in the slaes this year. Bought 6 items including dresses, and T shirts for £15!
