Yogi, I hope the cake is nice considering the cost. M&S didn't have the same one as we had last year which was very nice and I think this is their replacement.
I'm sure it will be nice. I've yet to eat a Cake from M&S which I don't like.
Have you had any luck with the cranberry cookies?
Yogi, no sign yet of the cranberry cookies at M&S yet, it's starting to look as if they won't be having them this year as I would have expected them by now.
M&S also had a nice looking Yuletide log but I didn't get that as that and the Christmas cake would have been too much and we had had a chocolate cake last time my brother was here because it was his birthday.

Two of my tree lights aren't working but all the others are. The bulbs are LED ones and are not replaceable
but the rest of the lights are still working and the broken ones are not noticeable, so things aren't too bad. I will try to pick up another set of lights, just in case they all start blowing. Be prepared!
Moonie, I spoke to my eldest son this afternoon, and I won't be getting a PB visit this weekend.
My DiL did send me another lovely pic of PB, so that brightened up my day.

Yogi, I think it's best to get another set of lights as if they've started blowing on your existing set the rest could follow.
I'll pick up a new set of lights tomorrow or Monday.
