I'll record BB - it's tripe anyway - and watch Eurovosion. At least it's a laugh.

I think I'll do likewise, yogi  - I'm already torn between watching BB and this week's Grey's Anatomy tonight.

Unless BB improves soon, it's going to take second place to everything else I want to watch.

The Great American Love Song on ITV.

Fronted by Nicky Campbell, taking a look at the songs of Porter, Gershwin et al. Set what seems New York, Campbell does sing at every opportunity!

The history and the songs are great. I would recommend this programme to anyone who likes a bit of recent history. The songs are great.

It'll be catchup or ITV player for you if you read this too late.

Arts documentary series. Nicky Campbell reckons that in the 1920s and 1930s, New York produced the best songs ever written. He visits Manhattan to explore his lifelong passion for this golden age of song-writing, when the music of packed Broadway theatres fused with the sounds of Harlem's raunchy jazz clubs. He discovers too the troubled geniuses behind the songs. George Gershwin was the gifted prodigy son of Jewish immigrants. Fats Waller was Harlem's larger-than-life lothario. Cole Porter was a sparkling socialite with a secret double life. On his trip, Nicky meets a colourful cast of characters - Annie Lennox, Baba Brinkman, Michael Feinstein, Michael Mwenso, David Lahm and Marti Stevens among them. Nicky has chosen six songs: Rodgers and Hart's Manhattan, George and Ira Gershwin's The Man I Love, Night and Day - which Nicky plays on Cole Porter's own piano, The Way You Look Tonight - written for Fred Astaire, Fats Waller's Ain't Misbehavin' and The Night We Called It a Day

I liked the "teaser" trailers - made to look like adverts...

I did too.   I've a feeling it'll either be fantastic - or a huge flop, but nowhere in between.  I'm hoping for fantastic.

"No, do you"?

I'm making the assumption from your piece Vids that Amanda Holden has slept with a married man.

Yes she has,  she was caught cheating on her then husband (Les Dennis) with a married man.
