Keira is pretty elderly now, she’s a bit deaf and can’t walk any distance but she potters about the garden and seems happy enough.

Not too bad, apart from the back lawn. We’re having to reseed two thirds of it, and we’ve had to section it off so Keira can’t plod all over it, so there are canes with string all over the place

Good morning everyone

Sunny and quite warm here. showers (possibly thundery) forecast for late afternoon/early evening.

Yogi, I rang my brother at 7.58 pm (the same time as you posted ). He was able to use the earlier train. It's a longer journey and he got home at a similar time to when he would have arrived if the intended train hadn't been cancelled. The train company is not one of those mentioned in the news with chaos as a result of wholescale timetable changes.

A client is popping in shortly.

Nobody knows where BZ came from but it's been orbiting the Sun for much the same time as the Earth. It's orbiting the other way from the Earth and the other planets which is why it's thought to have come from somewhere else.

He did a great job on the door fankoo 

We have a letterbox too 

I mean how could they forget your letter box?  

Oh, and also a peep hole too see who’s outside 

New house numbers. All in all a good job and he cleaned up afterwards too 

Our halfway was always dark because of the dark door that was on . But with the new white one it’s like being outside, inside now

The door people mightn't have realised that I wanted a letterbox. Some people choose to have an external letterbox.

You may have missed seeing the word never in my post about afternoon tea

I see that M&S are expanding their online foods. Quite a lot of what one can get in their shops are available.

I think this is a work in progress as although home deliveries exist they are limted as to where at this time. So I couldn't use this if I wanted to.

Evening all 

The weather turned out sunnier than expected so we took the tiddlers to the park, then they planted flower seeds in little pots in my garden and they watered all the plants using their little watering cans. Mr Y’s idea of giving PB the garden hose was not so clever....we all ended up soaked
