Various ways Ros .....but basically their mums came into contact with humans 

they are getting quite strong

Different reasons. Two were dumped in a bin, probably by hunters who had killed the mum, two were handed in by loggers who had accidentally frightened away the mum, and I’ve forgotten the last reason
