Afternoon .....It hasn't stopped raining since lunch time and is very dark ...am hoping for a good thunder storm

The rain and thunderstorms never materialised here ….you must have got my share .Yes , and I’m guessing Richard Corrigan must be the guest judge ….so it should be a good week.

Goodday! Locked out for a couple of days 'cos I couldn't remember my log-in details, but I've got them now!

Loch Arkaig nest has a young couple of Ospreys visiting for the last few days and having several attempts at mating. Nothing definite as yet, but we'll keep an eye on it and see if anything actually develops!

Was invited out to lunch with my Dad & his lady friend but declined....good to let them go out together and have the chance to whack the volume up on my music
Means I don't have to cook too...so may phone me in a take out later

They tend to be on the nest in the mornings and early afternoon, but rarely later. This habit will change if they manage to lay any eggs and get any hatchlings!

We have a couple of goslings growing up just round the corner....not quite the same I know, but fascinating all the same ...and so funny to watch
