I know   he's just said now he's not a pathologist or wound expert and is just interpreting the evidence - I could have done that for free - I've got a GCSE in physics - seems that's all you need

he's wandering again..mind, I still don't know what's he is doing there, his expertise doesn't have any relevance in this case

none of the SA experts seem to

I was reading something yesterday where it said over 50% of cases that actually make it to court in SA get thrown out because of lack of expert testimony in addition to the very grave problem of police tampering - and it's getting worse

its really gobsmacking to think people can be jailed or freed on this sort of evidence

that is the problem.  Apparently the feeling is corruption is so rife it's not worth calling the police to a crime because it takes 6 weeks for them to attend with the forensic guys and by then SAPS will have walked all through the crime scene tainting any evidence

where is the board that Dixon was supposed to bring?

I think that's why there was a delay, it will be brought in later by Nel I'm sure I can't believe this guy is using photo's to give a reconstruction on events he doesn't specialize in

I'm not getting any of this...and to be honest its totally irrelevant,  its like us giving a version of what we think might of happened or asking the court cleaner what effect would bleach down a loo have on the blood samples from the toilet
