Bumping for tonight

3 of the 6 remaining chefs go off to west Wales to Ynyshir restaurant run by Gareth Ward. After he has demonstrated three of his dishes, the chefs have to cook a dish for him to taste. Then they each have to cook 2 of his dishes for customers. Then it's back to the Masterchef kitchen to cook 2 dishes for the judges. One of the three goes home.
