As usual for Professionals it's hosted by Gregg Wallace and judged by Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti.

Monica's is tagliatelle with a lamb ragu.

 

As in previous series 3 of tonight's 6 chefs go out.

 

Later in the series, the remaining chefs will be in a 2 episode challenge which is new
