I am really not a nice person today.  Maybe I need a snickers.

It's a bugger being only 5'2". I can't reach the light swicth in the cupboard - I got my sons friend to turn it on today as I wanted to sort some stuff out and - hey presto - my old phone

My daughter's glasses weren't in there as well by any chance

You found them yet Aimee???
Was wondering where this thread had gone..

Nope, I've never known anyone lose glasses like she does  she has to pay for them now she's 19 so she needs to have a good look for them, she's home from uni Friday so she can have a good root around

How, if true, did someone like him get so close to so many world dignitaries.

Maybe there is nothing untoward or sinister with him, possibly he just managed to talk his way into the job.

What I find quite strange is that someone who cannot sign managed not to have been tested beforehand!

Or he could have been a terrorist. So much for presidential security

Yes, that's a good point EC

I would imagine that Obama's security personnel would be heavily involved in the on-site security checks and working closely with local security. I would think that our Prime Minister security agencies would too.

Especially given the events over recent years.

It would leave me flabbagasted if security had not searched the signer before he got to the stage.

Snap!! I woke this morning with a gammy, swollen eye. i've just bought some new make up, thankfully I haven't used it yet or else I would have thought that had caused it and would have thrown it away!

The CSA rang me today and I thought at last he's made a payment but no it was to tell me that my case is closed now my daughter is 19 but they will still chase the arrears so I asked how much is owed to me and it's just under 12 grand  wouldn't that be lovely to get at this time of the year  but they've done a check with HMRC and he's not paying any tax or insurance so he's not working so they can't make an order to deduct money from his wages, funny how he can't pick our daughter up from uni till late tomorrow because he's working

Aimee, I have a court order stating that master C's biological is to pay me ÂĢ300 per month, this dates back to February 1998.  I received one cheque which oddly arrived the day a member of his family arrived to visit.  Guess what, that cheque bounced.  So by my reckoning, I am owed ÂĢ57,000.  Now that's a cheque I would love to receive.

Anyway, the point I am getting at is, I reckon hell will freeze over before either you or I see a penny of money from our pair of dead beat dads.

I don't even know what this is, I had what looked like a tiny pimple just under my brow at the weekend, but it started swelling and has now resulted in a big fat gammy eye. It's definitely not conjunctivitis, I suffered that a lot in my teens.  It's just an infection.

However, I do feel really under the weather so I don't know whether its just an infection I have that has gone in to my eye, it's happened before.
