I was like that when I was teaching but am able to be on longer now I don't have the workload  - but it is personal choice and what suits

9-11 is fine ...even 8-11 .....but 6.40 -11 .....especially after not sleeping at all last night ....is challenging

Twitter is far more interesting, I have never really liked FB and still don't use it much
