Heads-up for those who have been following "Dickensian" as it's bounced around the schedules over the last couple of months...

The final episode is on BBC1 tonight (Sun) at 6.25pm, and it's 50 minutes long...

I wasn't sure about it after the first couple of episodes, but I stuck with it - mainly because at half an hour an episode it was an easy watch when I only had half an hour to kill! - but I've found myself enjoying it now and i'm looking forward to the finale.

Just seen an advert for 'Too much TV' on BBC Two. I can't see me watching it as it appears to be much of the same clip based show with 4 (yes 4) celebrity hosts - clearly the BBC don't need to save money anymore.

I saw that today.  I thought that was odd too

I would rather the four of them not be employed to front this new decidedly forgettable tripe and the money have been put into keeping Formula One.

There's very little I watch on the BBC now

Wow, really?

The vast majority of what I watch at the moment is on the BBC channels. I think the only significant series I'm following that are not on the BBC are "Gotham" (C5), "Agents of SHIELD" (E4) and "The Last Leg" (C4).

Tonight was unusual, in that it was the first time in ages that I tuned in to ITV for something other than sport ("Churchill's Secret", as it happens), but I was still recording "The Night Manager" on BBC1...

I have to say that most of my viewing is on the BBC. I rarely watch any of the ITV channels. I watch more Channel 4 including Film 4 and 4 Seven.

Still enjoying Gotham Season one (nearly complete).

A couple of heads-ups for the coming week:

With the 3rd series of "Line of Duty" already being heavily promoted, BBC2 are repeating the 2nd series, starting with two episodes at 11.30pm, Saturday.

When the 3rd series of "Shetland" (which ends tonight) started, a few FMs were curious about the early episodes . The Drama channel (Freeview channel 20) is now repeating them, starting 9pm, Wednesday.

The first two series (which between them consist of 4 double-episode stories) were adaptations of Ann Cleeves' novels, whereas the 3rd is a single, original story based around Cleeve's characters.

Food Unwrapped.

Anyone else watch this show?

I like how they sort of bust a few myths and also give us an insight into how food is made. Tonight wine made in (I want to say Romania, but I think I'm wrong), for ÂĢ4 a bottle that apparently tastes very good. Who needs oak vats when stainless steel silos will do.

Next up, Gluten.

Gelatin, made in Germany from pig skin. Enjoy your Haribo.

Me too. I like it when they show how expensive products are just a rip off. I'm enjoying the gluten article on at the moment.
