After recently watching a re-run of an old QI episode, I feel duty-bound to point out that at the 1988 Winter Olympics at which "Cool Runnings" is set, the most successful Caribbean bobsleigh team (and indeed the most successful team from a snow-less country) was that from the Dutch Antilles - not Jamaica.

I'll hold my hands up and confess I have never seen it, well apart from the trailers. 
Those of us who are familiar with Mytholmroyd, Luddendenfoot, or maybe on the bus to Hebden Bridge, will all agree that it is indeed for various reasons a very Happy Valley.
Back in time for the Weekend - BBC2, 8 pm.
If anyone can stomach it watch the documentary about the Kid's Co earlier tonight. Bit of a shocker.
