I never use a garlic crusher, bloody nuisance they are: quick few whacks with the back of a knife, or if mixing with other ingredients, quick whizz in one of those mini food processor thingies

It takes about three years to grow properly - we are in the second year and have had a few really small ones - next year should be good (I really don't know much - I listen and smile and nod).

*Drools, but picks out:

Sprouts and Brocoli

What's wrong with Beef? And what's that white stuff posing as meat?

I'm going to give it a go too Soozy. This was Saturday's menu and a pic of the potted shrimp starter which I'm also going to do, (didn't get a pic of the rest, too busy scoffing and quaffing!)

Can you replace the Sprouts and Broccoli with Green beans and that dark green cabbage stuff. Not the slimey, light green stuff though

yes, but you will lose a home made yorkie pud, and carrots and parsnips in maple syrup and wholegrain mustard, and slightly better spuds...I dunno if green beans are worth that risk...

well, she did, but at the moment it is all about the Quorn...fake meat, but tbh it's not as bad as you think...but I am sure she would stretch to eating a real chicken for you, Rawky!!
