I was going to say that will be a first but let's be honest all the defence witnesses seem to be helping Nel

I am at a total loss as to why these have been presented, two witnesses and both rubbished...its adding weight to the whole thing is tailored to fit OP's account.

what's Nel's hang up about a team?

I think he's trying to get at there was no experts with Dixon, he's used no machines, he's changed reports after other evidence came to light..maybe from OP???? just a thought

to be fair to Mr Dixon, he probably is an expert in his area...but why the heck Roux got him to testify in matters that he doesn't have any expertise in is pure madness  Any prosecutor is going to tear this man apart and to be frank that is down to Roux and if this is the quality of the defences expert witnesses Roux should wrap up now

grounds for appeal?  It's hardly the best defence of a case but to be fair after OPs effort, this guy is at least being honest in what he believes

yes he is Pengy, but the validity of the tests which are dodgy to say the least are not up to standards that you would expect in a murder case  and what he believes may not always be correct, he may have a case to go to appeal because of his defence team

Nel: I put it to you there's a difference in decibels between bat and gunshots, distances? Dixon: I can agree with that...

that's his evidence out the window

I think it did when he stated he was not an expert in this type of evidence and then gave his expert opinion

I'm starting to fee rather sorry for Dixon - his reputation will be in tatters after this

I don't know why on earth he agreed to this
