If your speech can't flow you're lying. Pretty standard. That's Hancock.

Don't patronise us.
I know what you're saying, Velvet, but one of the things that recent events has brought home to me is just how bad certain members of the GBP are at basic hygiene.
I was in a pub on Saturday evening that's heavily geared towards family dining, and I retired to the toilets to "wash my hands" before eating. While using the hand-drier, a bloke came out of the stall and walked straight out the door without even stopping to think of running his hands under a tap!
Not uncommon of course, but still not on under normal circumstances. Given the current situation, I just stared in shock!
I couldn’t agree more Eugene ....I’ve seen that too ...makes me cringe ! I am a bit OTT about hand hygiene ....even way before all this ....but now I’m even more careful ...and let’s face its, it’s not rocket science ...just common sense
I'm getting a bit jaded with all the Coronavirus stuff.
So today we have the announcement of two more cases in Scotland - but no details yet.
Yes, what should we do - run around like headless chickens?
I know it's not exactly a laughing matter, but really. what ARE we supposed to do?
Just practise good hygiene and don't do anything stupid!
Contacted the Freeman Hospital yesterday (my Mum uses their hairdressers).
It's business as usual
No special instruction at all - come and go as you please
SSP from day 1instead of day 4. I know that might make things easier for some people, but overall is it really really going to make a difference?
Due to health issues and immunosuppressant medications, I have a compromised immune system. I’m not getting into a panic but I am taking, what I consider to be, sensible precautions I.e. lots of hand washing, hand sanitiser, Dettol spray and wipes etc.
@Eugene's Lair, I have been shocked at how many women use public toilets and then walk straight out without washing their hands - I use tissues or wipes to open the doors because the handles must be covered in germs.

Yes, because even if you wash your hands vigorously, you still have to turn off taps (though more and more public toilets are installing automated facilities) and open the door!

Like Yogi , I always try to open the door with either a tissue , or my elbow
More CoVid-19 cases announced - impending panic is ramped-up!

Three new cases so far today?
That's just in Scotland.
Figures will now only be published once a week on Fridays.
I have to admit that try as I might , and irrational as I know it to be , I’m starting to panic just a little bit now !

It is indeed El
So, instead of a few little shocks we will get one big one?
The chief medical officer was just talking to a commons committee, I believe, about the virus. People and indeed he was coughing

Sounds like it Moonie ....plus we won’t know if it’s arrived in our area for a week ...so how will that help !
One thing I have yet to have explained to me is why are people, especially in Australia, buying up loads of loo rolls

Good question 😳
A lot of loo rolls are made in China as are medicines including paracetamol and antibiotics. Elderly parents asked do they need to save newspapers to cut into squares like they did in the 40s/50s 😂😂😂

Hmm, no newspaper here
