No half - I've had to send the letter again this time Special delivery guaranteed tomorrow by 9am tomorrow if that doesn't get there I'm stuffed as it's my appeal against being put in WRAG group from incapacity benefit - tomorrow is my last day 

the apology email was so insulting I've advised her that I'm gonna complain about her as well   I'm gonna want compensation and if my appeal is turned down on the grounds that it was late, I shall be seeking further compensation from them
