Miss KTs schools,both primary and secondary stuck to it too....result is the borough has some of the best schools in the country

Like I said earlier , the 70s was when education hit rock bottom 

80's wasn't much better, I remember a phase in my own children's school where 'spelling' and 'handwriting' was not deemed as important and the 'content' of mispelt badly written work was deemed as an expression because the child could read it to the teacher even tho the teacher was unable to read it themselves.
