This was my first job for this particular customer.. I had been recommended by someone else so to get a good result on the first job is good

Basically I investigated a fault they were getting with the electronics in a particular power shower..they kept failing after only a few months.. I made a recommendation that they fit a particular type of protection device to minimise nasty spikes on the mains.. turns out they took this particular device off the design when it was repackaged in 2002...no one knows why.. and they have rather more than a few of these protection devices languishing in their stores
