I now know for definite that I am getting old and forgetful.. . I searched for ages, a few weeks ago, for my retractable tape measure and couldn't find it anywhere..

last night I went to have some cereal cause I had a fit of the nibbles.. I opened the packet only to find the tape measure inside as well as the weetabix. .gawd I hate getting old

I take tabs to get me blood sugar down as it is.. can't be raising it any higher

and I really am not pretendy grumpy at all. . I am grumpy at least 23 hrs out of 24

I have different levels of grumpiness tho

Oly you are not on your own we lost the house phone and found it in the freezer neither of us would own up to it
I for sure forget things all the time more so since I have stopped working

We had to ring the intercom line for ages before we found it we could hear it ringing but could we heck as like find the blooming thing

the best time's between 2 & 4am apparently. i'll have to set my alarm cos i'll never stay up that long.

I often see low and medium earth orbit satellites go over in the nights sky... don't think I'll set the alarm for the Perseids mind
