Oh right Kaffs. It came up as a news flash on my phone and I went looking for the story. The link I gave just seemed to be the most appropriate one 
Yeah, Sprout - to be honest, I don't think there's much hope but TMZ reported the heart attack, then said they'd been 'told' he'd been taken off life support and Twitter erupted in RIP posts. CBS reported his death but quoted TMZ. Now TMZ seem to be back tracking. My gut is it's just a matter of time in any case... so sad.
Now LAPD who 'confirmed' it have tweeted that they have no knowledge of it. What a horrible thing for his family and friends to be seeing eh?

Yeah, facts need to be got straight before anything is posted really, but I spose that's right with a lot of stuff in life

TBF TMZ are usually right - they were first to report Michael Jackson and Prince long before anyone else. I don't think it looks good.
You couldn't make this up, Sprout - the Independent 'update' is quoting the CBS news reports - and CBS have just retracted it saying they can't confirm it. Leave the poor bloke alone until HIS people confirm eh?
