Took mummy to doctors for blood test results
Was given all clear prior to further investigations at hospital next week regarding recurrent intestinal pains.
other than that its a horrible day and gonna stay inside
Just made appointment for me Pa to go to the hearing aid clinic for new assessment.

bloke from boxing club told me that if you have a go at a punchbag when you wake up-you dont feel so angry or get annoyed for the rest of the day!
