GJ I think the answer to 10 is REPORTERS as already suggested. PORT (wines) in REERS anagram of SEERS (viewers).

 

You have 12 positions for letters for clue 11 but I had a quick look at the Guardian crossword  and that shows that the clue has 10 letters only. So Dame's word may be correct. You may have meant to type **P*N*O***

yes, the answer to that question does have ten letters El Loro ...Now looking at the answer it makes perfect sense
