Nowt! and I've been told that I don't look my age by plenty of peeps 

I've tried day and night cream, Estee Lauder, Clinque and Olay, cement, plaster and hard as nails.... and as you well know  it's not worked  

 You do yourself an injustice Dame!  You don't look a day over 20 

.....maybe a year or so - but definitely not a day!

I really love Clinique Even Better foundation .............never found one to beat it (a little goes a long way) therefore not really that expensive!

Me Hubby built a hook specially for me over the bedroom door.........got to say it makes me nose run.....and when lowered and upright I have a saggy brow over my eyelids............

Not to mention two black eyes as well............

when I was younger I happily used Rimmel..   but it just makes me look old now.

BEST foundation ever (for over 40 skin) that I have found is YSL Radiant Touch (ooh.. they have changed the name... its YSL Perfect Touch now)... 

Its fab...   but it ain't cheap (£32)..

its synthetic snake venom..     (apparently)..     but it does tighten everything up & smooths out wrinkles!   (Soops put me onto it..   I think it was Soops)... 

but that is under a tenner a go!

To be honest, Adli comes tops in loads of things cosmetic wise...just shows you don't need to spend a fortune 

 Now even if the youth rejuvenating results might be in question, that is a guaranteed result! 

Saves a fortune on kohl and eyeliner for the smudged smokey-eyed look......

I love their lipgloss too (the clear one)..

I've never bought it Ditty, but Aldi gets rave reviews on loads of cosmetic products, I must make an effort and try some of their stuff

I've never used Clinique stuff - I'll investigate this further - Ta

and...   to offset the ouch factor of the foundation..    M&S loose powder (costs about £3) - (I use the translucent shade just to take the shine off & set my foundation) - is just as good as the expensive Clinique one I used to use

 no objections to paying less - I've an Aldi 10 minutes drive from here! 

I suppose I've been assuming that you have to pay more for results - but maybe that's not the case and a lot of what we pay for is the marketing and packaging

Clarins 'Beauty Flash Balm' gets my thumbs up 

My Sil usually gets it for me as a Christmas pressie - it's good to give your skin a lift - not an essential but nice to have

Actually.............makes you wonder what all these cosmetic/make up reps in the big stores look like when they wake up in the morning, or is their make up three inches thick by the end of the week
