The low iodine diet is a nightmare

I am fairly sure that "lo salt" is non iodized...  

they sell it in Tesco right next to the normal salts...  

tastes exactly the same, looks exactly the same

Does LoSalt contain iodine?

In the UK and most other countries, only the Original LoSalt is available (The LoSalt with the blue and white packaging). This has NO iodine in it.

Asda do Lo salt too Tina I used to get it for my mum 

Just checked they still sell it at £1.62
