Influential Israeli lobby group in the US, AIPAC is to push for a newly crafted resolution designed to choke off Iranian gas imports.

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), which is scheduled to hold its annual conference next week, said the introduction of a new bill against Iran's gasoline trade on Tuesday is no coincidence.

"It's no coincidence that the bills, which are strongly backed by AIPAC, are "dropping" into Congress for consideration this week, having 6,000 conference-goers press for their passage next Tuesday is bound to give them a turbo boost," the Jewish Telegraphic Agency (JTA) said on Monday.

Exactly.
seeing as AIPAC funded him into office I dont think he'll be pissing them off anytime soon.

One remembered Barrack Obama's speech to the AIPAC faithful at a conference, prior to his election. Boy, it was cringe worthy of the 3rd kind. It was then I knew that Obama wasn't going to depart from previous US policy regarding Isreal ie occupation of Palestine, Golan Heights and its treatment of preventing Aids being delivered to the Palestianians.

My take on the above is purely based on humanity values, nothing to do with organised religion or race.

Apparently, Saudi arabia (remember them? The people who brought you the dark ages religious wahabbiyah version of Islam. To be fair to them, they are merely pratising the true Islam, as we are told Red Face) have given the nod to Isreal to bomb Iran's Nuclear arsenal. Which isn't a bad thing in my view as I love nothing best than seeing evil people fight to the death among themselves.
