Just FYI....with the splitting off of the channels from LiveCloud, some folks have said they'd like to be able to cross-promote their other favorite channels or their personal blogs on LiveCloud. I just added two optional profile fields so that everyone can put in links to sites they'd like to promote (if you have a shop somewhere, or a blog on LiveCloud, or just another site you like). To add your links (which will show up when someone looks at your profile), click Manage>>Update Profile, and you'll see the two new blanks at the bottom.

I've just noticed this announcement. Would it be possible to slightly change this feature so that when the website address is shown on your Profile that a hyperlink can be attached so that you can click on the address and go there?

Hmmm....it's weird that they're not auto-linking already...that's normal URL behavior here. Let me go look into that and report back

Okay, the word is that right now, custom profile fields don't auto-link. However, we've got a suggestion under consideration now to add that as a function.
