That attic has loads of potential. I would completely renovate it creating a bathroom and a walk in wardrobe with a partition wall separating the bed from a seating/lounge/rest area with possibly a small kitchen area.

 

 

Yes, but I don't think he's got the money to do it

I guess that is his major issue. It's a shame as if he had somewhere nice to retire to he might feel better about the rest of the business.

I guess that is his major issue. It's a shame as if he had somewhere nice to retire to he might feel better about the rest of the business.

I just dropped in to say that on my way home I slipped on the sidewalk, but soon realized that I had actually fallen on the highway whilst polishing my aluminum in a desperate attempt to make my faucet more attractive. Fortunately I landed on my fanny which now is all the colors of the rainbow, it's just a good job I was not headed onto the railroad.

Did you notice I substituted rail-track for railroad.

I did - and that was not the only word you changed.
