Part way through week 2 episode 1.

First two did well, especially the 1st one who hadn't done a fish head before.

It was worse than I thought it would be. Fourth guy gave us a fish omelette with chives!!

5th and 6th ones were quite reasonable too.

Week 2, part one: Going into the signature dish part I reckoned the best three from the  'cod head' round would go through, but Richard messed up and Alexander redeemed himself. I wasn't sure if it would be enough, but it proved to be after Richard dropped his clanger!

Week 2 part 2:Thought David would get through and Steven be sent home, but it turned out the other way round!

Week2 part 3: just finished the first half and I think Claudia and Alexander will not get to cook for the critics.

I'm off now to see if I'm right.........watch this space!

Week 2: The final decision.... I reckoned Tom and Leo would make it, but really couldn't tell if it would be Ben or Steven who would be leaving!

He might have got the idea from the Invention with Leftovers round in the Professionals Semi Finals week.

I think she's Sarah-Jasmina Moussabih who got to heat 4 of the semi finals of National Chef of the Year earlier this year. Although she didn't get through to the finals neither did a certain Adam Handling I mentioned recently who didn't get through either. If she's who I think it is she's based in Cardiff and into Nordic and Scandinavian cuisine.
