Ife has just had a mini breakdown cos she has been hungry every day but when she has come to sit down to dinner she can;t eat.. she's freaked out about it..

in the bedroom Ben is now getting paranoid about will the girls nom him cos he thinks he's said something inadvertently to upset them....think he got annoyed because somebody threw some milk down the drain


and he and Mario and John now talk about making the nomo decision..

So Ben is talking to Mario and JJ in the bedroom about how when he eats a bowl of cereal he tends to leave some milk at the bottom

He seems to think that will be a reason for others to nominate him

Mario and JJ have basically said yes it could be!
They are now talking about how they will decide on who to nominate
Ben says he has a list in his head of the poeple that mean the most and the leat to him and everyone should nominate this way.

Mario and JJ saying most people dont think like that.


These three are sailing close to the wind with nom talk.

John says it is daft to change who you are to try to avoid a nomination after Ben said I am grateful Mario pointed it out to me. .

John says but you can;t change who you are you won;t be you then...

think they ahve that sorted out now. .or it could run forever   ..
