Docotrs sed it was a benign and could travel elsewhere

It did - it turned up on her ankle

Hope it tuns out to be harmless. i was worried by a pea-sized lump just on the junction of my neck and jaw years ago and it turned out to be totally harmless.

I know there aren't any words that can stop you from worrying because we all do when any of our loved ones have symptons and we have to wait for an answer. My son had a lump in his neck and he and we were worried, it was a cyst, but those few days of waiting to find out were pretty stressful. Wishing for the very best outcome for your daughter and family.

Tina I'm keeping everything crossed that it's just a benign, temporary lump. I'd tell you to try not to worry but I know for a fact that if it were me, I'd be worrying anyway. So I'll just say that if you feel stressed at all, come talk to us lot and get it off your chest

Tina, it's a long time to wait, but stay positive. Most cases are benign. My wee one (34 ) has to go for tests every 6 months because she's had abnormal cells, but nothing ever comes of it. I'll think of you and your girl.

Tina with the grace of god she will be ok,.Since January I've had 3 needle guided biopsies  for nodules on my thyroid .I have a habit when I am stressed to stoke my throat  that's when I found the lumps,

I'm fine thanks Katty.They class me as *High risk* for a few reasons,my past medical history, there's  a family history and bad me is a smoker.My next appointment with the consultant isn't until December, which is a good sign, but meantime if I notice any changes I have to ring and will be seen sooner.
