Make sure you're not taking on more than you can cope with, Kelly. You sound like you're up to your eyes in it at the moment, and pets need attention.

You have to have a good large vivarium tank for them,heat etc,and they cost.So many folk don't a clue about how to look after lizards.Quite a speciality pet.

How are you with insects Kells??? You'll have to buy crickets or something similar and feed them live to it

Hay guys. I have had a bearded dragon before and know all about how to care for them. Im currently looking for a cheep second hand vivarium. I know the food and heat lamps etc are very expensive so im only looking into this at the mo.


Rexi im very good with insects. When i previously had a bearded dragon he was called jiggy btw coz he used to dance when he was excited/frightened, i used to love watching him eat it was very cute (crunching aside)

You know i haven't actually seen Royston in a few day which is unlike him.

Stonks they are really loveable they love there chin and there beards being stoked and Jiggy used to fall asleep on me and id wrap tuck him under the covers with me. Just always remember to wash your hands after handling them and dont have them out for too long as there bodies need to keep warm.
