It can also help if peeps actually google to 'search' for the site in the first place....then click through from there.

I did it that way

It's exact position will depend on what you enter as your search criteria. I used counselling-london

Things are going well, thanks. No actual paying clients as yet, but I'm keeping up with the voluntary work I do at the bereavement service and the student counselling service. so at least I'm still helping people

*disclaimer* that wasn't a hint that I might start sending you texts, I'm too lazy to send the people that are already contacts in my phone texts, never mind actually putting the phone number in. 

No texts so far, but I've had loads of time waster calls - "We can sell you a better landline", "Change to us as your electricity supplier", "pay us £50 per month and we'll get you on the first page of Google search", etc.

Peter we get that all the time, wait until you're a limited company then you get even more.  I've got to a point where I am 'Well what are you selling?' they say 'nothing just offering a free service' next sentence ' for a fee' "f off"
