But what I was after was I have to call a 0345 number, several times tomorrow and wanted to know how much it was gonna cost

There is a website which helps with working out costs and how to get through to companies on their cheaper line - just can't remember it right now.

Why do they make them so complicated?   

It's called confusion marketing and only ever benefits the businesses in question. Competition is supposed to be beneficial to the consumer, it may well be if we could ever figure out what the best products are!
