Tbf, she was generally nice to people and a bit of fun too....and she had her arse and tits out far, far less than Courtney and Lauren

BB really scraped the bottom of the barrel to find the crudest hm they could to put in the show, and a depressing sign that enough people voted for her to be the winner.

She was horrible in an argument...said all kinds of awful stuff and so full of hate....ok she would apologise much later on but usually that kind of behaviour would see her thrown out but she managed to redeem herself with humour I suppose....but I also think she has a following amongst those who watch GS and if young girls are the biggest voters then sadly she is the one who they could relate to more than anyone else....thank god Courtney didnt win!Charlotte has a likeability but her reality tv persona is so well honed that I guess the others didnt stand a chance.

the one thing that I learnt about Charlotte in BB was that she is actually quite an intelligent girl underneath all that crudeness and slapper behaviour which makes me wonder even more why she'd choose to go the route of behaving so badly on TV in order to get fame.. what a waste and what a bad example to set to other young women 

 

Cannot understand why her mother would be so proud of her. .she's the sort of girl you'd expect parents to use as an example to their own kids of how not to to be.. and be disappointed if your kids admired her

 

It was such a tough final two for me. On one hand I really dislike Charlotte's lifestyle and the way she parades this on TV like some badge of honour. On the other we have Abz who may be a nice bloke now, but has done pretty much zero to entertain and as such how could we possibly let him win when there was so much outcry about Sam who actually did more than Abz.

 

 

My problem with Sam is that he flew under the radar since day one, playing the 'representing a minority' card, then when he had back up he found his voice and started being really mouthy and quite nasty.    Abz at least was the same all the way through and didn't get spiteful.

I taped it last night.  I am deleting it without watching, I hope this isn't the way forward otherwise for me it's not worth watching.

Call me naive, but I just assume that she is doing a job. I haven't seen Geordie Shore, and only a little Celebrity (sic) Big Brother, but surely she is fulfilling a role.
Or are some of you suggesting that she is like this in real life?

Didn't mind her too much myself. She came in very much playing up to her Geordie Shore self, but seemed generally friendly and good-natured apart from the strop over Vanessa Feltz's interview and the spat with Vicky.

 

She obviously brought a large chunk of her GS audience over to watch BB, which is unusual, as tv show popularity hasn't always translated into votes in the past. She was though, the most popular of the GS cast, so I won't worry too much that we will have another GS winner next year!

GJ her 'role' is one of a loud mouthed uncouth slapper and that is apparently now to be praised..  Judging by how many fans she has.. especially young girls..

 

Underneath she is a quite intelligent girl except where it comes to making choices about whether portraying certain moral values and behaviours on TV is a good thing

It's hard to tell with reality-tv people just how much is them. The way I understand it is that their tv persona is an exaggerated version of themselves. How much of an exaggeration probably varies: Kirk Norcross was an idiot on TOWIE and on BB, but Mark Wright came across as much more likeable when he appeared on  'I'm a Celebrity--', than he did on TOWIE.

Otherwise, take the (unlikely but bear with me) scenario of Karl winning soap actor of the year, and then people complaining because he killed Mrs Dev and the fire bobby.

It will be interesting to see what the viewing figures were for last night to see if her large following were watching

The gaps are ridiculous. They are only there to try and gain viewers for some other C5 show!

My good friend liked her too, and she's entirely normal and hasn't fallen prey to the onset of crassness as a result of watching Charlotte.

I didn't mind her winning, she wasn't bitchy or nasty, she seemed quite jolly for the most part,I don't think she was that guilty of getting her boobs and arse out, certainly not as much as the others.

I would have liked Carol or Louie to have won, but neither of them did, so hey ho, really.

The world isn't going to hell in a handbasket just because Charlotte won BB, it's  a paltry , niche show now, hardly anyone watches it, so we should all remain calm.

Totally ruins the whole suspense of the show especially when the results get leaked

I have thought all the way through that it's an 'act' she has perfected on Geordie Shore - I really don't think it's really her.

i did see a side to her and thought awww shes lovely

then she had her stroppy side.... swearing alot of it too

its got to be an act...its just got to be no one is like that in real life
