A first for Bake Off - it's dairy week. The first round involves a tricky turn-out which is really tricky for some. The technical challenge floors all of them - Paul Hollywood's initial reaction "They're all really bad". The showstopper is usually found at Indian weddings.
Sounds as if it's going to be the least bad to get through to next week

I can't see the value of vodka in a cake flavourwise

I think I'll stick to bog standard cake.....much less faff
