A gastric band...... she is hardly obese!

I'm surprised she was considered suitable for a gastric band - she isn't that big.

I wonder if she's paid for it because her bmi doesn't look as if it's over 50 so I'd be surprised if the NHS did it!!!

As for Sophia - she may have time to dedicate to the gym but not everyone else does and some people have medical conditions that preclude them tough vigorous exercise.
