Let's face it, we are not that good when it comes to the tournament proper, mostly. 1966 is a distant memory for most and for some a page in history.
We have not been great in any of the group games either, we should have seen the writing on the wall then.
Based on the ages of them and experience they will have....we should win the next world cup 
So disappointing for England fans. At least Crunchy and Eugene are in the moolah though

We will never know. But he did provide some impetus to a team bereft of any ideas, and actually created down the line. A bit extra time may have provided the ball we needed. But to be fair, Iceland did what they do and we had no answer. Good luck to them.

I have to say that although that might have been expected of Wales, it really doesn't seem to have been the case in practise. For example, Aaron Ramsey had a terrific game against Russia, IMO.

It was a bit tongue in cheek, but there is a large dollop of truth in it. Barring about three players they lack the quality.
They can defend alright as we have just seen, but keep that up and Belgium are through.
