Maybe, maybe not - but does it matter?  We're going to have a good old forum singalong tonight regardless.

Joe, that sounds wonderful AND is precisely why I don't mind a bit of Elvis.

I would never have classed myself as fan.. but a few years ago I had the flu at New Year and spent hogmanay in front of the telly watching a two hour Elvis special and found myself loving it.   So many good tracks.

No, me neither - not really anyway.  But he's grown on me and reminds me (like Joe) of my parents, aunts and uncles etc.

Was it Elvis Live in Hawaii, Kaff?  White suit era?

I have vague memories (I had the flu remember) .. he was youngish, the set was red, a square in the middle and the audience around him.... found it channel hopping and never changed the channel.   I say a few years ago - but I was married at the time, so it's more than 12.

I think he might have been in black leather then, but I'm guessing, and looking healthy.

I prefer him in his early cheeseburger years.
