Lovely sunny day here today . 
I had a so so night , but managed a 3k walk first thing . 
I’ve also done some more tidying the patio and drive with my new whizzy weeder , some washing , fed the wildlife , and had some nice lamb chops for lunch . My step count is up to 9000 already 
…..so that’s me done for the day .
I hope everyone else is enjoying a sunny Friday as well .
