Afternoon Darnies Not a great night for me , but as it was a nice morning I went for a 3k walk , and popped into a local shop and got my grandson birthday card . I saw two Cyril’s when I was out , and I can’t explain how happy that made me .
Aside from that , I’ve washed and anti bac’d the Sainsbury delivery . I also had a friend pop in a couple of hours ago (delivering Christmas presents ), and I’ve just had a text to say another friend is popping in in a couple of hours …..how popular am I today .
I hope everyone else is enjoying their Tuesday , and that you are feeling a bit better today Moonie .
Afternoon Darnies Sunny day here , and not cold….so I went for a long walk first thing ….blew away the cobwebs .Apart from that , I’ve changed bedding , washed , hoovered and the window cleaner has been ,so I’m all ready for Father Christmas. I hope you feel better soon Moonie ….look after yourself .

Afternoon Darnies Wet and chilly here today , so no walk for me . I didn’t have a bad night , so I’ve done two loads of washing ….including the duvet shuffle ….I’ve dusted , fed wildlife , and cleaned kitchen . I had some nice lamb chops for lunch , and , once the duvet cover is dry , that’s me done for the day . I hope everyone else is enjoying their Thursday . Moonie , I hope you are feeling a bit better today .

Afternoon Darnies Very wet here today , so I spent the morning washing , and cleaning ….oh joy .
A friend popped in a little while ago , so that was nice ….and I had some tasty lamb chops for lunch ….so all in all not a totally wasted day .I’m just hoping now that all my M&S shopping arrives ok tomorrow, then I will be hunkering down for the holiday . I hope everyone else is enjoying their Friday.

He’s being his usual bah humbug self. He asked if I wanted Dominoes pizza earlier, and I replied that I think we did that last Christmas Eve, so ok, it’s practically a Christmas tradition. He then refused to do it cos I’d ‘spoiled’ it. 🤣 I think I may have bored him senseless with too many Christmas traditions as a kid. Surely he should getting close to that age where you try and recreate your childhood Christmases? Dunno what’s wrong with him. 🤣

Well I found out tonight that he has bought Bella a Christmas pressie, so there’s definitely at least a little bit of Christmas cheer in there somewhere!

Afternoon Darnies Happy Boxing Day .It’s quite a nice day here weatherwise , so I went for a walk this morning , and posted my youngest grandsons birthday card . His birthday isn’t til next week but given all the bank holidays , and strikes etc . I thought earlier was better than later .Aside from that it’s been business as usual chez Baz …aka hoovering , washing , cleaning bathroom and kitchen, feeding wildlife ….I really know how to live it up , eh .I hope everyone else is having a more exciting day than me.
