A cold breezy but sunny start to the day here. Light rain expected by lunchtime. Wind gusts of 30mph expected later

Afternoon Darnies I’ve spent the morning moving stuff from the back garden into the garage ….and tying/weighting down everything I can …..but given the forecast I’m not sure it will be enough .But I’ve done all I can , now it’s just waiting and praying it’s not going to be as bad as they are forecasting . Aside from that.  I’ve not done a lot …just washed the towels and hoovered . I didn’t sleep too badly last night , but I didn’t feel up to a walk …..and no sign of Cyril either . I hope everyone else is having a good day .

I haven’t seen my Cyrils either but I can tell they have been around buy the debris on the path under their feeding station

At the bottom of the two trees in my lawn I found what looks like a nest. It looked like it was fur knotted together so I assume it was a squirrels nest

No way of getting it back where it probably belongs either

It was sunny if windy and cold all morning while my washing was in the washer. Put it on the line. It rained. Fetched it in. Now the suns out but it’s looking ominous so I won’t put it out again
