We went to the plum festival for a bit and had chips from the chip shop - a real treat!

Have you got anything planned for tomorrow??

Awwww lovely, Yes , nothing tastes quite like chip shop chips , eh  No, nothing planned ...although need to get place tidied up for guests ....and might pop into town . How about you ?

I've got my friend's daughter coming at 9 (whilst she's at work).  She's one of Caitlin's friends, but I'm really not sure what to do with them.  She got concussion a week ago and feels sick on and off, so I thought I'd avoid park (where she got her concussion), I thought the cinema would be too loud and I really don't know what to do with them

Awww ...how about swimming ? Or the library ...they usually have things on during summer holidays ....

Good morning Darnies

We have clouds now after a sunny start. No rain forecast though

Shopping done. Washing on the line

Our road is being resurfaced. That should be fun

I love the smell of tarmac

Have a great day everyone

Afternoon Darnies How are you all today ? It’s cloudy and chilly here ....but I popped into town ....it was heaving ...mostly with screaming kids and frazzled mothers ....I guess it’s nearly back to school time

Apart from that , on the plus side the heating airlock seems to have cleared I turned the water heating on first thing and it was banging like heck  , so I turned it off again and had a shower instead of a bath cos the water was only lukewarm. Afterwards , I decided I needed to try it again , and when I turned it on , voila, it was heating up and  quiet .....all I can think is that somehow using the shower cleared the airlock ....but I’ve no idea how Anyway , time will tell ....hopefully it will stay ok until engineer comes on Thursday . I won’t turn on the radiators though cos I’m guessing maybe it is one of those that caused the airlock in the first place ....they probably need bleeding and I’ve no idea how to do that

We took Mackie for a walk, then they played, then we went to Pershore, went to the park and out to a cafÃĐ for lunch.  Then came back and they played some more and then they watched telly for an hour.
