Afternoon Darnies Not been a great day...but I did manage to get to the retail park under my own steam ...the walk wasnât as far as I thought ....which means I got to M&S ....always a plus Apart from that I bought some paint and brushes , so tomorrow Mathew , I will be trying to pain downstairs loo

hi baz tired we're getting back into the swing of things with wee one back to school so earlier mornings
maybe slightly happy but she said she was shaking she was so scared going in the first day
nothing much just the usual housey stuff....trying to do more Spanish....printing things out that might be helpful for her at school have you any plans?

am still feeling ok these days...my back has been hurting the last couple of days but that's probably cos I've been doing a lot of cleaning...so it's just the usual if I do too much I hurt

Every little helps ...mine is the forum for a couple of hours
yoga is quite tough I've always wanted to try pilates not that i'm sure what it is exactly
I love the swimming so will keep it up for as long as I can 
we've been swimming almost every day since the beginning of may
rang big one tonight she's having a great time...she went to a cheese castle and bought 50 dollars of cheese and she was playing with some goats

I swim very slowly but I don't care as long as i'm moving there's a Spanish woman looks to be in her 60s in the pool most evenings...she is in such great shape...she does about 2 lengths to my one

Well I did that for a bit, but a yoga teacher told me that Pilates is like a quick way to learn to teach - i.e. the yoga teachers have to go through months and months of training, but any old person can teach pilates after a very short time I'm not sure how true this is as she seemed quite biased. I used to like Pilates as well!
