Dannii was my favourite judge aswell.  I wasn't too bothered about Simon and Cheryl leaving as I was hoping it would give Dannii a chance to shine and show she really does know her stuff but it seems X Factor don't think much of her as they could probably have worked around her other commitments for a few weeks.

Tulisa???  What are they thinking?

Although I will miss her, I think Danni has made the right choice, whatever the reason might be. All she's had is trouble, not looking like this, not doing that, doing it too much, being compared to the Geordie one. I would have enough if I was her. Still I will miss her because was the only one that came across as being genuine.

I agree -I loved danni! What on earth does someone very new to the business. relatively unknown and experienced in just one small (very small) genre of music know? I think they should recruit Lu Lu.

Nooooo not Lulu...it would end up all being about her....

I love Lu Lu ............there is a pop 'turn' who has really moved with the times IMO. And ........................surely there can be no one more self obsessed than Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole?

Agree.  X factor is utter crap now and produces crap...  Cher Lloyd is one of the worst perfomers in living memory imo, and the fact that Chavvy cole put her and katie through last year when they couldnt even sing at boot camp was laughable.  And as for tulisa from dubz; what a joke.  ndubz are the most hideous chavs in the music industry. talentless and utter utter shite.  x factor is so contrived and predictable now and i think i may give it a miss this year.  BGT is going the same way.  I like all 3 judges but the acts this year have been mostly awful and this 'have you got another song?' shenangian is obviously scripted.

As much as I love the X factor, has it really produced talent? How many winners have had any longevity in their singing careers? JLS,Leona Lewis and Alex Burke are the only 3 that I can think of who are still managed by Simon's label or that Simon has a financial interest in. Will Young went off and did his own thing, Ray Quinn has done ok in the West End (I can't stand the little oink but he is talented), but that has nothing to do with promotion from Cowell's camp. Rowetta does ok but again, that is not because of any help from Cowell.

I don't recall seeing any of the other top 10 finalists on my telebox belting out their latest hit after a career (or a record deal) that has lasted more than 2 years.

BGT is grating right on my norks. Michael McIntyre is brilliant in what he does but he shouldn't be a judge. Amanda Holden is an actress - why is she there? And the Hoff is an actor who is a bit lost in the UK competition.

To me, not one of them has a diverse enough career to be qualified to judge the variety of acts. Jason Donovan would have been better FFS!

Right that's my 30 minute rant over with, back to my books

Agree.  I think McIntyre is brilliant too, but I also am finding Holden a bit pointless and The Hoff looks totally blank half the time to me.  By the way, what are your norks Karma?  LOL
