Well you know they are supposed to be delivering it ...AGAIN ....tomorrow ....I checked the tracking and it said to contact them....so I spent nearly an hour trying to get some sense out of them ....two people said that the order number had been cancelled ...but couldn’t give me a new date ....so they twice tried to transfer me to someone to help ....when I finally got through turns out that they had simply changed the order number ...but that it was still booked for tomorrow ...just under the new number ....time will tell

if it doesn't arrive go to the shop and kick up a stink while customers are there...I did and ended up with a free stereo system

Yes ...and  While I was left hanging on the phone I typed a complaint email .....was just about to press send when the guy answered ....so I have saved it to draft , just in case

See, I wouldn't go to Currys......I've heard and read so much about their after sales service.  I might go and 'research' stuff, and then go and order from somewhere else

apart from that time I never had a problem and to be fair their after sales service turned out extremely good  in fact free

they tend try to make you take out insurance - curry's is going into our Tesco-as Tesco has stopped selling  their electrical stuff
