It's soooo hot and humid tonight....much worse than other nights

I've cooled down a bit tonight, even though it's still 21 degrees, but we had a storm this morning that seems to have cleared the air

You're lucky ....wish it would storm here .....the air feels really heavy ....all we've had is a couple of minutes rain this afternoon ...

It's like an oven upstairs ....even with the windows open !!

I've taken to keeping the curtains closed all day to help keep the heat out.....hope anyone doesn't think I'm laying dead in bed

I've been doing the same ....back curtains in the morning , front ones in afternoon

My sun starts at the back of a morning, but moves around to the front through the day and there it remains for most of the day, baking the house   My bedroom curtains, sitting room curtains and upstairs landing curtains are closed making the house look in total darkness

I actually have to open the windows as far as they'll go behind the curtains and move the binds accordingly when I get in from work
