i've got a couple of friends who've used it...one thought it was fantastic, had no problems and was able to quit and hasn't smoked for nearly a year..and she was on 40 odd a day.

the other suffered night sweats, mood swings, lack of sleep and a whole host of other things so the doctor took her off it.

i think it's either a hit or miss and you won't know until you give it a go..hope it works for you if you go for it...

Tina, you can do it. My oppo at work is doing the same and someone has lent her a book that seems to be doing the trick. I'll try and find out what it is for you

I wasn't allowed it because my mum and sis suffer with depression and apparently it's not good at all for anyone who might be prone to it.  I've never suffered with depression but have had tests for heart problems which all came back clear but those 2 factors meant I wasn't suitable so have a chat with the nurse or doc to see if you are suitable
