I've only just watched tonights highlights due to son losing his Oyster card and we had to go get him.

Charlie to Halfwit, we know you are the favourite on the outside to win this (not the exact convo by the way) Charlie must be eaten up with jealousy which is why he keeps chipping away.

I think that is the crux of it Cologne. Freddie was friendly with Charli's group in the beginning and they felt intimidated by his vocabulary (I'm being very careful here). I can understand that. When there's an argument Freddie, Marcus and Bea come up with words like negativity when Charlie only understands words like bitching etc.
If you look at the two groups it breaks down into those that can and those that can't handle themselves vocally.
Sophie and Rodrigo are outside of this because they are confident in themselves.

The last point possibly...The others personally I disagree....We don't know how Charly's parents raised him and imo it would be unfair to criticise their parenting skills not knowing them as a family....Manners are open to debate as to be fair Freddy's are lacking in some areas....Education well we can always further our education at any stage in life....Stately home it's not where you live it's how you live that matters.....And as for richer well yes Freddys parents are but apparently he's not having had cause to sign on the dole....I'm not a fan of Charley by any means but being poorer less educated etc does not make him a lesser person imo.

Freddie shouldn't have confronted him, it was playing into Charlie's hands. Just before an eviction night with Freddie up this is exactly what Charlie wants. Also Freddie's smug comments this week just come across bad. Charlie most likely does have jealousy of Freddie but Freddie also uses the power of the knowledge he has been a favourite to rile people up.

Oh and to add one more thing - Some people are saying that Charlie has in inferiority complex - I dont think that is right either - I just think he is bloody inferior.

i think charlie, dave and lisa all feel intimidated by freddie, marcus ,to a lesser degree siavash and bea(when she was on the other side.
nearly every row involving them(lisa etc.) includes references to their intelligence or how inadequate they feel because of it.shame really as i think it's had the effect of thrusting lisa's lot into the corner and not seeing more of them, when they may have been far more watchable.

if you watch him when the others are having a conversation that DOESNT include nightclubs, getting pissed, OR girls aloud, he just sits there with his mouth open and a blank expression on his face, a bit like a small child listening to "grown ups talking" Nod

He has used the fact Freddie can actually string together a sentence as a negative on more than one occasion. He also has ramped up the dislike since latching himself on to Bea, like one of those little lamprey fish you see on the bellies of sharks.
