Squiggle, my dentist takes longer than previous ones - a 75 minute appointment and I think he works on the basis of giving an injection anyway which would account for part of that time - I reckon they base it on 15 minutes for settling down and allow for the injection to take effect, then 30 minutes per filling.

I love your Postman Pat and his black and white cat picture

Thanks Yogi, well done on getting your lawns cut

I had a letter from Virgin Media a few weeks ago. They are doing important maintenance work in my area. They say that I may have disruption to my broadband connection tomorrow. So I may not be able to get on here tomorrow. Should be just tomorrow which is affected as the work should be done by the end of the day.

So a precautionary "Good morning everyone , the weather today is anyone's guess, I hope everyone has a good day "

Now, that's what I call, forward planning.

I hope you aren't missing for long, El.

Good morning all.

I was up with the larks today.

Weather is cool and cloudy ATM.

Have a good day, everyone.

Thanks Squiggle  so far there doesn;t appear to have been any disconnection - the letter I got said that there could be disruption rather than there would be. I made sure that I wasn't going to have to use the internet in terms of my client work. I'm back from that client - it was just collecting their account records to start work on them.
